  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO FUFILL MY ORDER?

    Once you place our order, your posters are immediately put into production. Orders typically take 2-5 days to fulfill.  Once your order is fulfilled, shipping time will depend on the shipping method chosen.  Tracking numbers will be available at this time. If there are any issues with shipping, please contact thehouseofposters@gmail.com with your question or concern.

  • MY ORDER WAS LOST OR STOLEN.  WHAT DO I DO?

    We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, unclaimed or damaged packages. If you entered the wrong shipping address we are not responsible for re-shipping the item. If a package is returned to us you may be asked to purchase postage to re-ship the item. Please contact the mailer (USPS or UPS) regarding any lost, stolen, unclaimed or damaged packages. This is typically a time sensitive issue, so as soon as you suspect a missing package, take action. Please note, If you choose the Economy shipping option, there are limited tracking features and we will be unable to initiate a claim if a package is lost.

  • DAMAGED ORDERS OR OTHER ISSUES

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
