Cult Member!

Even the most devoted disciples sometimes find a poster isn’t quite the vision they imagined. Fear not! The cult offers a 15-day return window from the moment your poster is delivered.

Eligibility for Return:
Your item must be in the same condition it arrived, untouched, unworn, unused, with all tags intact, and inside its original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of devotion handy; it’s your key to the ritual.

How to Begin the Ritual:
Send a message to the Supreme Leader at thehouseofposters@gmail.com to request your return. Please reference your four digit order number in the subject line of your email. A return can only be accepted if you follow the instructions we send you, items sent back unannounced will be lost to the void.

Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and step-by-step instructions for sending your item back to the cult.

Arrived Damaged?
Inspect your poster upon arrival. If it has been cursed with defects, damaged in transit, or is not the one you ordered, contact the Supreme Leader immediately. We will evaluate the issue and ensure the proper course of action, our loyalty to our cult members is the most important priority.

Non-Returnable Items:
Offerings too sacred to return include: custom posters, sale items, posters larger than 11" x 17", and gift cards.

Exchanges:
At this time, the cult does not perform exchanges.

Once your package leaves Cult HQ, the mortal mail carriers and the whims of the universe take over. Sometimes packages are blown up on jetskis in the middle of the Caribbean ocean, seized at international borders, or simply swallowed by the void. The Cult bears no responsibility for items lost or waylaid in transit. Should your treasured posters vanish into the void, petition the Supreme Leader, and duplicate offerings may be conjured at a greatly discounted price, at the cult’s discretion.

European Union Disciples:
If your sacred art travels to the European Union, you may invoke a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you can return your order for any reason, no justification required. As always, the poster must remain untouched, in its original packaging, with all tags and proof of purchase intact. European Union Disciples must provide return shipping.

Refunds:
Once your offering returns to HQ, we will inspect it and send word if your refund has been approved. If blessed, your tribute will be returned to you via gift card.

If 15 business days have passed since approval and the refund has not appeared, reach out to the Supreme Leader at thehouseofposters@gmail.com
